Welcome to The
Florida Water Resource Primer, an endeavor of the department of
Soil and Water Science at the
University of Florida. The objective of
this site is to operate as a reference guide that emphasizes on general
principles regarding water.
The primer informs the visitor all about
water through the various aspects- it gives
basic information about water, its
use,
water quality, how it relates to the
ecosystem, and
management techniques. This information
database also extends to explain the visitor about the
effects of our actions on water quality and quantity.
